When and where is the d.velop SUMMIT 2025 taking place?

The d.velop SUMMIT 2025 will start for d.velop partners on 3 June 2025.

Industry visitors will join on 4 and 5 June 2025.

The venue is AREAL BÖHLER in Düsseldorf.

Is there an Event-App and how can I use it?

Yes, for the d.velop SUMMIT 2025 we are providing an Event-App to give you easy access to all essential information related to the event. 
You can either open the app directly in your browser or install it as a web app on your smartphone. Simply scan the QR code included in the event mailing or click here to launch the app immediately. 

Within your personal profile, you can enter details such as your first and last name, company name, job title, profile picture, and a brief "About Me" text. You also have the option to specify your industry, interests, and relevant d.velop products. A fully completed profile significantly enhances your visibility within the app and makes it easier for other participants to find you. 

Thanks to the integrated search and filter functions, you can quickly and easily discover suitable contacts within the app. 
The search bar recognises not only names but also job titles, topics and focus areas such as "Marketing", "Cloud" or "Process Studio". In this way, the Event App provides optimal support for networking and for planning your personal event schedule. 

Additionally, you can personalise your agenda: 

You can mark programme items as favourites and compile your own personal agenda within the app. 
Your scheduled 1:1 meetings will also automatically appear in your agenda, allowing you to keep an overview of all important appointments at any time. 

How do I install the Event-App and on which devices does it work?

The Event-App is a Web-App. You do not need to search for or download it from the App Store; you can simply access it directly via your mobile browser.

Simply scan the QR code from the event mailing or open the page directly in your browser. Then tap the share icon (on iOS) or the menu icon (on Android) and select “Add to Home Screen” to save the app like a native application on your smartphone.

The Event App works on all common smartphones (iOS and Android) and can also be accessed via desktop browsers.

How do I create an account?

  1. Open the Event App and go to the burger menu in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select "Login".
  3. Enter the email address you used to register for the d.velop SUMMIT and create a personal password.
  4. Click on "Create Account".
  5. Confirm your email address via the link sent to you by our partner LineUp.
  6. Your account is now active!
What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email?

Please first check your spam folder. 
If you cannot find the email there either, please contact us exclusively via the following address: summit@d-velop.de
Alternatively, you can visit one of the d.velop Info Points on-site at the AREAL BÖHLER during the event. 

How does networking via the Event-App work?

The Event-App offers you a wide range of opportunities to connect with other participants and arrange personal meetings. 
Under the "Attendees" menu item, you will find an overview of all registered attendees. Using the filter function or the search bar, you can easily search for relevant contacts by name, job title, industry, interests or keywords. 

To initiate contact, select a profile and use the message icon to send a text message. Alternatively, logged-in users can start a video conversation directly. 

If you would like to schedule a personal meeting, first connect with the desired contact by using the "Connect" function. You can then request a 1:1 meeting via the "Appointment" button, selecting both a free time slot and a designated Meeting Area. 

All meetings will take place on site in specially designated Meeting Areas. These areas are clearly marked both in the Event-App hall plan and through signage at the event venue, ensuring you can easily locate your appointments and arrive on time. 

What does the catering at the d.velop SUMMIT look like?

Your physical well-being is naturally taken care of at the d.velop SUMMIT 2025.
Coffee, tea, and cold drinks are available continuously throughout all days. During the networking breaks, we'll provide you with treats and palate-pleasers, including options for participants who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet.

Are there discounted train tickets for travel?

Yes! Secure your nationwide fixed-price ticket with Deutsche Bahn via our booking link. Book early to take advantage of this special offer.

Which is the nearest train station to the venue?

We recommend travelling via Düsseldorf Central Station. From there, you can easily reach the event location using public transport.

How do I get there by public transport?
From Düsseldorf Central Station: Take lines U74 and U76 towards Krefeld / Lörick. Get off at the Lörick stop (not Löricker Straße). This stop is located directly at the Areal Böhler, Böhlerstraße 1, 40667 Meerbusch, allowing you to reach the event grounds within a few minutes on foot.
Where can I park?
Parking is available on-site at parking lots P1, P2, P3, and P5. The parking lots are signposted and easy to identify.
Where can I purchase a ticket?

You can easily purchase your ticket in our ticket shop. Visit the d.velop SUMMIT Ticket Shop.

What payment methods are available for ticket purchases?

For your ticket purchase, you can use various payment methods. The following options are available:

  • Credit card,

  • Invoice (purchase on account).

How can I redeem my voucher code when purchasing a ticket?

In our ticket shop, you will find a field labelled "Redeem voucher" where you can enter your code. Please ensure the code is entered correctly to be recognised.

Where can I view my purchased ticket?

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from the system to the email address you provided. This email contains all relevant information about your booked ticket. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us at summit@d-velop.de.

How can I edit my already purchased ticket?

In your confirmation email, you will find a link that takes you directly to your order. Here, you can update your personal details from the registration process.

How can I book a hotel room?

Use our exclusive hotel booking link. Rooms are limited in both availability and quantity – allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis.

By when do I need to book my hotel?

Our contingent is available until fully booked. Due to limited capacity, we strongly recommend making your reservation as early as possible. The contingent may close at any time once the maximum capacity is reached.

Are hotel costs included in the ticket price?

No, accommodation costs are the responsibility of each participant. However, our contingent offers favourable rates.

Can I modify or cancel my hotel booking later?

Modifications or cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective hotel. Please check possible modification options in advance.
