Arrival & Infrastructure

When and where will the d.velop SUMMIT take place?

The d.velop SUMMIT 2026 starts for d.velop partners on 9 June 2026. Trade visitors will join on 10 and 11 June 2026. The venue is AREAL BÖHLER in Düsseldorf.  

Which station is the closest train station to the venue?

We recommend travelling via Düsseldorf Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). From there, you can easily reach the event grounds by public transport. 

How do I get there by public transport?

From Düsseldorf Central Station: Take lines U74 or U76 towards Krefeld / Lörick. Get off at the stop “Lörick” (not “Löricker Straße”). This stop is located directly at Areal Böhler, Böhlerstraße 1, 40667 Meerbusch, so you can reach the event grounds within a few minutes’ walk.  

Where can I park?

You can park on parking lots P1, P2, P3 and P5 on the AREAL BÖHLER grounds. The parking areas are signposted and easy to find.

Are hotel costs included in the ticket price?

No, accommodation costs are borne by each participant. However, our contingent offers favourable conditions. You can find all information here. 

Are the premises accessible for people with disabilities?

The event location is fully designed to be barrier-free. All event areas are accessible by elevator, and accessible restrooms and parking spaces are available on site.

Where can I purchase a ticket?

You can easily purchase your ticket in our ticket shop. To the shop. 

Which payment methods are available for ticket purchase?

You can use different payment methods to purchase your ticket. The following options are available to you:

  • Credit card,
  • Purchase on invoice.
What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email?

Please first check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email there either, please contact the following address only: summit@d-velop.de. Alternatively, you can visit a d.velop info point on site at AREAL BÖHLER during the event. 

How can I redeem my voucher code when purchasing a ticket?

Directly in our ticket shop, there is a field “Redeem voucher” where you can enter your code. Make sure you enter it correctly so that the code is recognised.  

Where can I view my purchased ticket?

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from the system to the email address you provided. This email contains all relevant information about your booked ticket. If you have not received a confirmation email, please send an email to summit@d-velop.de.  

How can I edit my already purchased ticket?

In your confirmation email, you will find a link that takes you directly to your order. There you can adjust your personal data from the registration process.  

Can I cancel my ticket if I am unable to attend at short notice?

A free refund of the ticket price is not possible. You have the option of transferring your ticket to another person. To do so, please send an email to summit@d-velop.de.

Event app

Is there an official event app for the d.velop SUMMIT 2026?

Yes, there is an official event app for the d.velop SUMMIT 2026. With the app you manage your session bookings, create your personal agenda and provide feedback on individual program items. In addition, you will receive all important updates directly via the app before and during the event. You can also create your own account, complete your personal profile and network with other participants at the event.

Depending on availability, you also have the option to book individual appointments with sponsors or partners and use further interactive functions around the SUMMIT.

The event app will be released shortly. 

When and how will I receive access to the app?

Access to the official event app will probably be sent out by email to all registered participants at the beginning of May 2026.

As soon as the app is available, you will receive all important information on registration and use. After that, you can create your personal account and use the event app with all functions around the d.velop SUMMIT. If you do not receive an email, you will also find all relevant information on our official d.velop SUMMIT page after the release of the event app. 

Can I use the app to make contacts with other participants?

Yes, you can network with other participants of the d.velop SUMMIT 2026 via the event app. To do so, you can create a personal profile, discover other participants and, depending on availability, contact them directly via the app.

This way, the event app helps you find relevant contacts and expand your personal network around the d.velop SUMMIT. 

Can I arrange 1:1 meetings via the app?

Yes, depending on availability, 1:1 meetings with other participants can also be arranged via the event app. This allows you to network specifically with relevant contacts and plan personal conversations within the framework of the d.velop SUMMIT.

Can I schedule appointments with sponsors or partners via the app?

Yes, depending on availability, individual appointments with sponsors can be arranged via the event app. This allows you to plan relevant discussions in advance and exchange ideas specifically on topics, solutions and offerings. Available meeting options and booking options can be found directly in the event app.  

Can I participate without the event app?

Yes, you can attend the d.velop SUMMIT 2026 even without the event app. The app is not a prerequisite for your participation, but it offers you numerous additional functions around your visit.

For an optimal networking experience and the best possible use of all personalised and interactive features, we recommend using the event app.

Do I have to download the app or does it work in the browser?

The event app for the d.velop SUMMIT 2026 is not downloaded via the App Store or Google Play, but accessed via the browser. Together with our provider LineUpr, we will provide you with a direct link and/or QR code in good time.

You will receive all important information on use, setup and access step by step in advance.

Do I have to download the app? Can I participate without the event app?

The event app is browser-based and can be used directly without downloading. You will receive a link that allows you to conveniently access the app.

Depending on your device, you can also save the app as a shortcut on your home screen so that you can open it even faster during the SUMMIT.  

On which devices can I use the event app?

The event app can be used on smartphone, tablet and desktop. This way, you always have your personal agenda, important updates and networking functions at hand – whether on the go or in advance at your computer. For the best use during the event, we recommend accessing it via a mobile device.  

Is the use of the event app free of charge?

Yes, use of the official event app is free of charge for participants of the d.velop SUMMIT 2026. With your ticket you get access to all functions activated for you within the app.  

Do I have to create an account to use the app?

To use personalised functions, you need to create a personal account. This includes, among other things, your individual agenda, networking functions or possible appointment bookings with sponsors and partners. General information may be available without full personalisation, depending on the configuration.  

How do I create my personal account?

Once the event app has been activated, you can easily create your personal account via the access link that was sent to you. As part of the registration, you define your login data and can then complete your profile. All important information on setting up your account can be found in the corresponding mailing, on our official SUMMIT page and, after release, directly in the event app under the info sections. Afterwards, all available functions of the event app are at your disposal.  

I cannot log in. What can I do?

If the login does not work, please first check your login details as well as the access link you are using. Also make sure that you are using the email address with which you received your ticket for the d.velop SUMMIT 2026.

Can I edit my profile in the app?

Yes, you can edit and update your personal profile at any time within the event app. This way, you can decide for yourself which information you want to share with other participants and how you present yourself within the app. A well‑maintained profile makes networking during the event much easier. 

Can I book sessions directly via the app?

Yes, you can manage your session bookings directly via the event app. This way, you always keep track of your selected program items and can conveniently organise your participation. Depending on availability and session format, bookings or changes can be made directly within the app.

Can I use the app to give feedback on sessions?

Yes, via the event app you can give feedback on individual sessions and program items. This allows you to share your impressions directly with us and contribute to the further development of future events.  

Will I receive up‑to‑date information and updates via the app?

Yes, the event app provides you with important information and current updates before and during the d.velop SUMMIT 2026. These may include organisational information, program changes or other relevant details regarding the event. This way, you are always up to date.  

What should I do if I encounter technical problems?

If you experience technical problems while using the event app, please contact our team on site or send us an email at summit@d-velop.de. We will be happy to support you and help you with any questions regarding the use of the event app.  

Where can I find more information about the event app?

All further information about the official event app for the d.velop SUMMIT 2026 will be available on our official d.velop SUMMIT page after its release.

There we will provide you with bundled information about access, functions, use and important notes regarding the app.  

On‑site services

Is Wi‑Fi available for all participants?

Yes. Free Wi‑Fi access is available on site for all participants. 

Is there a cloakroom or lockers to store bags safely?

Yes. A cloakroom is available at the reception. Please note that the organiser accepts no liability for items left there.  

What catering is provided at the d.velop SUMMIT?

Of course, your physical well‑being is taken care of at the d.velop SUMMIT. Coffee, tea and cold drinks are available at all times on all days. During the networking breaks, we will provide you with snacks and culinary treats – of course also for participants who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet.

We will actively accompany the d.velop SUMMIT on LinkedIn and Instagram. Follow us there so you don’t miss any updates – we share impressions, highlights and important information about the event.

Is there a central info point on site?

Yes. You will find our central info station directly at the entrance. You can contact us there at any time with any questions, concerns or uncertainties. The on‑site team will be happy to help you – whether it’s about orientation, program items, sessions or organisational topics.
